Flash Entertainment (now Ethara) one of the MENA region’s most well known, experiential businesses commissioned xler8AD to reconceptualise Culture Summit Abu Dhabi – a unique three-day forum that convenes 500 global cultural leaders to identify ways in which culture can build bridges and promote positive change.

Traditionally these events happen in static spaces where a design is set and then nothing changes. xler8AD proposed countering that with a summit where everything changed as delegates participated and interacted.

Using ai to create a live data-driven event reflecting key trends, themes and statistics as they happen in the physical surroundings through a variety of platforms, installations and physical changes in the environment over the three days.
