As part of the UK-Gulf Cyber Security Fellowship initiative, xler8AD was approached by the UK Government Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and PGI to brand, create and build www.eWaei.org – the world’s first Arabic language information portal aimed at raising cyber security awareness and understanding for people of all ages across the MENA region.
xler8AD not only wrote the brand & content strategy and architecture, in collaboration with Get Safe Online we rewrote and translated the content for local relevance and reimagined articles as cross-platform videos, step-by-step guides, and podcasts.
The portal was officially launched at a high-profile two-day event hosted by His Majesty’s Government at the UK Pavilion at Dubai Expo and xler8AD continues to develop this valuable resource, recently creating a spin-out animated video series for children called Fatuma & Sagoor – read the case study here.
